At the heart of Akti is our menu, crafted by acclaimed chef Ntinos Fotiniakis of Bungalow 7 in Athens and helmed by head chef Robert Judd (Hellenika, SK Steak & Oyster).

Akti is part of the Sydney Restaurant Group, a family business founded by Bill and Kathleen Drakopoulos. Today, their children—Anastasia, Nicola, Daniel and Perry—serve as directors, passionately upholding the family's vision of providing welcoming and memorable dining experiences in beautifully scenic Sydney locations.
